An organization, including a nonprofit organization, a stock corporation, a partnership or limited liability company, a trust, and a governmental unit or other government entity, that stands in one or more of the following relationships to the filing organization at any time during the tax year. Calculate the FMV of the assets of related organizations (as defined below) using the FMV of assets as of the end of the preceding tax year that ends with or within the preceding tax year of the organization.
